CROSSTRAINING - METCON - YOGA - WEIGHTLIFTING - BOXING - STRETCHING

The group sessions are open for everyone to participate and follow the daily workout mix of Weightlifting, Cardio, Gymnastics or Circuit training. The sessions last 60 minutes and are repeated throughout the day. There will be a different workout session everyday of the week.

Personal training sessions

Personal training sessions are scheduled separately from the group classes to optimise the overall health and fitness progress of the athlete. The sessions can be booked with a coach by email or directly at the gym.

Adrien

ADRIEN ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ต ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ท ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ

Adrien is a certified Crossfit and Weightlifting coach with an international background in sports education. Born in Geneva, he spent his childhood between Switzerland and Brazil, before settling in New York City for almost 10 years. He worked and used his athletic abilities to obtain an international student sports scholarship at Kean University in the US, and graduated in 2004. Passionate about basketball and martial arts, he then discovered Crossfit training in 2013 and became a full time coach. He is the founder and head coach at Force Fit and takes great passion and pride in helping people achieve their best physical and mental well being.

CARLA ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ต ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ท

Carla is a certified personal trainer from Brazil, her professional dancing background has enable her to gain coordination and mobility techniques that she applies to her cross-training coaching at Force Fit. She has been a fitness practitioner for over 15 years, and has been coaching clients internationally for over 10 years. Her rigorous approach to coaching helps clients understand the importance of regularity and discipline in training, and she is passionate in helping people achieve a well balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Kevin is a certified NASM (national academy of sports and medecine) and mobility specialist (FRC). He grew up in Geneva and has been a sports practitioner all his life. From combat sports to dancing, he emphasizes the importance of movement and mobility training. He has attained high levels of certification through dedication and discipline to perfect his craft. After spending several years in New York City, he decided to come back to Switzerland to pass his knowledge to a large panel of international clients. He is the co-founder of Force Fit and enjoys sharing his knowledge with all its members.

CHRISTINA ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ฐ

Christina is a certified personal trainer and professional dancer from Copenhagen, Denmark. She takes great pleasure in helping her clients to achieve their goals and improve their lifestyle. Her sessions include mobility work, functional training and stretching. Christina has experience working in Copenhagen, New York and Geneva as a personal trainer. Sheโ€™s also certified by FRC, which promotes strong joints and allow her clients to have a full range of motion (great for injury prevention).

Rafael is a certified personal trainer and functional training coach. Born in Switzerland but originally from Brazil, Rafael is the newest member of the Force Fit team and coaches group sessions aswell as private training, from all ages and levels. He also coaches young basketball teams in Geneva, helping teenagers achieve higher levels of athletics. He specializes in functional training, as well as strength and conditioning methods to improve athletes attain higher levels of performance.

MIDYA ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ต ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ท ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ท ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช

Midya is a certified yoga teacher from Sampoorna Yoga School, in south India. She is passionate about the mind-body connection. Her teaching method is much different and more varied than the traditional Vinyasa course. She finds ways to innovate and adapt yoga into her own practice. Her judo background has influenced her teaching, shaping a very dynamic flow. "I feel I have brought the fire of martial arts into yoga, the discipline and the desire to pursue goals no matter what."
