The group sessions are open for everyone to participate and follow the daily workout mix of Weightlifting, Cardio, Gymnastics or Circuit training. The sessions last 60 minutes and are repeated throughout the day. There will be a different workout session everyday of the week.

Personal training sessions are scheduled separately from the group classes to optimise the overall health and fitness progress of the athlete. The sessions can be booked with a coach by email or directly at the gym.
This corresponds to a 90-day strength and conditioning program that includes personal training sessions, nutritional guidance and unlimited access to Force Fit group sessions.
